Abraham Mouritz

Founding partner

Advocaat | Attorney at Law

Abraham founded the firm in 2016 with the view that despite often complex situations in today’s technology driven world, legal advice needs to be pragmatic and realistic for business. Sometimes a multidisciplinary approach may be necessary and for this reason the firm also has IT specialists onboard. His focus is on digital transformation, IT agreements, cloud sourcing, cybersecurity, IP valuation and commercial contracts. Abraham has developed a number of business concepts such as GDPR as a Service and IP Box.
In 2018 Abraham was awarded the Dutch Independent Legal Award.

Abraham often handles transactions where IP rights play an important role. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating license agreements, structuring IP portfolios and advising on valuation of IP rights. Abraham is well versed in complex multi-jurisdictional transactions. He has interacted with many different business cultures and quickly adapts to their specific way of doing business.
